Unit 5

Last year, I had gone through a lot of stressers.
I had started getting into Yoga until i couldn't do it anymore.
Well, needless to say I am back into it.
I feel this exercise on the CD worked together with Yoga. I really like how I can concentrate on my breathing. its like out with the bad in with the good.

    I really enjoyed the Sutle Mind CD. But when I listened to the Loving Kindness CD I did not really connect with it and I am not sure if it was the voice are not. But I plan on listening to it again.

  2. Great way to put it by saying out with the bad in with the new because that is basically what you are trying to do, breath out stress and breath in peace. I never tried yoga but heard it is pretty good not only for your body but for your mind as well. Good luck with your classes.

    I agree! I have started to really utilize this technique in my life while I am driving, working, or even in the shower. I have so much discord in my life right now and it really helps to keep a perspective on the things that should really matter!
