Unit 4

I had found the loving-kindness exercise very beneficial. As some of you who may have read my earlier post, I have had one of those weeks where everything happened all at once... and I am still finding out bad news. This exercise really helped me gather myself together and kind of just released the bad energy I have. Like a new start almost. The breathing slowly just clearing the mind really just gave me a few minutes to myself (which I have not had. I would definitely suggest it to others who are or are not stressed out.

  1. I agree with you that the breathing is very helpful. It helps to clera your mind and get away from our daily stressors even if is only for a moment! Hang in there and have faith! You are not alone!
